1. Controller
The website is operated by Servicios ESOL Operations Leaders, C.A. ("ESOL"), tax identification number RIF J-50603293-7. Location: El Tigre, Anzoátegui.
This Policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by a website or provider in a browser to remember information. Similar technologies include local or session storage, pixels, tags, device identifiers and scripts. Server logs and DNS queries are not cookies, although they may produce technical data such as IP address, date, browser and requested resource.
3. Current website configuration
As of the date above, ESOL uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), measurement ID G-YDY83EH7F2, only when the visitor accepts the analytics category. Before that choice, analytics storage remains denied and Google's remote file is not downloaded. Core navigation, the catalog and the language selector work without accepting analytics.
The hosting environment may retain technical access and security logs. These logs are not used for advertising and are handled under the Privacy Policy.
| Technology or category | Status and purpose |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary first-party cookies | The website does not require a first-party cookie to display its main content. |
| Local storage | The esol.analytics.consent.v1 key stores the accepted or rejected choice locally so it can be respected on later visits; it is not an advertising identifier. |
| Analytics and measurement | Google Analytics 4 is activated only with consent and measures page views, WhatsApp clicks, email-request starts and operational-form submissions without intentionally transmitting fields entered by the user. |
| Advertising, remarketing or profiling | Not active. |
| Pixels or embedded social content | Not used; social profiles are provided as external links. |
| Server logs | Technical data needed for delivery, diagnostics, security and abuse prevention; not cookies. |
| DNS-prefetch and preconnect | Performance hints for wa.me, LinkedIn, X and Instagram; they do not set ESOL cookies. The wa.me preconnection may establish a technical connection before a click. |
4. Google Analytics, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other third parties
If you accept analytics, the browser downloads gtag.js from Google Tag Manager and sends limited technical data and events to Google Analytics, such as the page path without parameters, language, general call-to-action type and interaction time. ESOL disables Google Signals, advertising personalization, advertising storage and remarketing; the configuration must not include names, emails, telephone numbers, form text or other direct personal data.
The WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X and Instagram buttons link to external domains. When activated, your browser requests that third party's service, which may read or set its own cookies, recognize a logged-in session and collect IP, device, browsing or interaction data under its policies. ESOL does not control those cookies.
The website uses dns-prefetch to anticipate domain resolution for WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X and Instagram and preconnect to reduce delay when opening WhatsApp. These hints do not send ESOL form content to those services, but network infrastructure may observe a query or connection to the domain. To avoid it, block third-party connections through your browser, a privacy extension or network settings.
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager: loaded only after analytics is accepted; used for aggregate measurement and website conversion events.
- WhatsApp/Meta: reached when a contact button is clicked; its own policies apply.
- LinkedIn: reached when the official ESOL profile link is clicked; its own policies apply.
- X: reached when the official @esolservices profile link is clicked; its own policies apply.
- Instagram/Meta: reached when the official @esolservicios profile link is clicked; its own policies apply.
5. Consent and preferences
On a first visit, the website offers visible options to accept or reject analytics. Rejection does not limit content or contact channels. You may change the choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. When consent is withdrawn, the website stops future events and makes a reasonable attempt to delete GA4 cookies from the domain.
Cookies strictly necessary for security, transmission or a requested function may be used without consent where the law permits, but they will be documented in this Policy.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, delete and block cookies, restrict third-party data, clear site storage or browse privately. Blocking everything may affect external services or future strictly necessary functions, although the main content of the current release should remain available.
See your browser's help to manage site data. You may also clear data associated with esolservicios.com from your device privacy settings; doing so removes the saved preference and the website will ask for your choice again.
7. Privacy signals
ESOL currently does not sell personal data or conduct behavioral advertising on the website. Signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control therefore do not alter a non-existent advertising activity. If technology is added that must respond to such a signal under applicable law, ESOL will assess and implement the appropriate mechanism.
8. Duration
After analytics is accepted, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_YDY83EH7F2 with a typical maximum duration of two years; the implementation requests that expiry not be renewed on each visit. The esol.analytics.consent.v1 preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear site data. Technical server logs are normally retained for up to 12 months and may be kept longer where needed to investigate an incident, comply with a duty or defend rights.
9. Personal data and transfers
Technical network data and online identifiers may be personal data. When GA4 is accepted, Google may process them on infrastructure outside Venezuela under its applicable terms and safeguards. Processing, recipients, security, retention and international transfers—including support from ASAD TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ in Dubai, UAE—are described in the Privacy Policy. This Cookies Policy does not replace that notice.
10. Verification and changes
ESOL will review this Policy when code, hosting or external services change. The date above identifies the current revision. You can inspect cookies and storage through browser developer tools; results may vary if you are logged in to a third party, use extensions or the hosting provider enables additional functions.
The English and Arabic versions are faithful translations. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
11. Contact
To report an undisclosed cookie or ask a question, contact ESOL and use “Cookies” as the subject line.
